Please review our rental policies below!

Policies

• ALL rentals MUST be made online by the client.
• All rental equipment must be picked up by the individual whose name is on the reservation.
• The name on the TEXAS ID and Credit Card must match the name on the reservation.
• Liability Waiver must be signed by the individual whose name is on the reservation.
• ALL rental clients MUST be over the age of 21 in order to rent gear.
• ALL rental clients MUST provide a valid TEXAS ID and NON-DEBIT credit card (NO debit cards or NON - TEXAS ID's are permitted) at pick up.
• First time rental clients MUST provide proof of insurance (ie. car, homeowners, life, etc) prior to picking up gear.
• Rental equipment may be picked up after 1:00 pm on the pick up date.
• Rental equipment must be returned by 11:00 am on the return date.
• Fort Worth Camera does not guarantee charged batteries on any rental product.
• Assistants, employees, friends, and non-immediate family members are not permitted to pick up equipment for any individual. (If you would like someone to pick up in your place, their name MUST be on the reservation and they MUST provide THEIR TEXAS ID and NON-DEBIT credit card)
• Fort Worth Camera does not issue refunds. We may elect to offer a rental credit.

IF YOU ARE RENTING FOR THE WEEKEND PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE BEFORE BOOKING

All reservations must be made Monday through Friday

We do NOT allow for reservations on Saturdays or Sundays!

Start Date for the reservation will be FRIDAY

End Date for the reservation will be FRIDAY

Do NOT book from Friday to Monday.

The system automatically books Saturday and Sunday (for free) when you reserve Friday.

Fort Worth Camera does NOT offer refunds!!!

We do provide rental credit as an alternative.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations, please call 24 hours in advance.

Otherwise you will be subject to the rental fee and not receive a refund.

If you call within 24 hours of your pickup time and need to cancel, you can use it as credit for a future rental.

If you do not provide a valid TEXAS drivers license, NON-DEBIT credit card, and proof of liability insurance at pick-up, 

YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY and not allowed to rent gear.
